Overview

This commercial façade represents a Contemporary Modern retail architecture with parametric influences. The building is composed of rhythmic vertical concrete frames that create movement and depth across the elevation. Between these frames, expansive glazed panels ensure transparency and strong visual connection with the interior retail spaces. The integration of luxury brand signage enhances the cosmopolitan identity of the project. On one side, a geometric patterned screen introduces a contemporary interpretation of Islamic motifs, blending local cultural references with global retail aesthetics. The overall material palette—light stone cladding, glass curtain walls, and metal shading fins—creates a refined yet dynamic urban presence suitable for a high-end shopping destination in a Gulf city.

ﺗﻌﻛس اﻟواﺟﮭﺔ طرازاً ﺗﺟﺎرﯾﺎً ﻣﻌﺎﺻراً ﺑﺗﺄﺛﯾرات ﺗﺻﻣﯾﻣﯾﺔ ﺑﺎراﻣﺗرﯾﺔ واﺿﺣﺔ. ﯾﺗﻛوّن اﻟﻣﺑﻧﻰ ﻣن إطﺎرات ﺧرﺳﺎﻧﯾﺔ رأﺳﯾﺔ ﻣﺗﻛررة ﺗﻣﻧﺢ اﻟواﺟﮭﺔ إﯾﻘﺎﻋﺎً وﺣرﻛﺔ وﻋﻣﻘﺎً ﺑﺻرﯾﺎً. ﺗﺗﺧﻠل ھذه اﻹطﺎرات واﺟﮭﺎت زﺟﺎﺟﯾ ﺔ واﺳﻌﺔ ﺗﻌزز اﻟﺷﻔﺎﻓﯾﺔ واﻻرﺗﺑﺎط اﻟﺑﺻري ﺑﺎﻟﻣﺳﺎﺣﺎت اﻟﺗﺟﺎرﯾﺔ اﻟداﺧﻠﯾﺔ. ﯾﺳﺎھم ﻋرض اﻟﻌﻼﻣﺎت اﻟﺗﺟﺎرﯾ ﺔ اﻟﻌﺎﻟﻣﯾﺔ ﻓﻲ إﺑراز اﻟﮭوﯾﺔ اﻟﻌﺻرﯾﺔ ﻟﻠﻣﺷروع. ﻓﻲ أﺣد اﻟﺟواﻧب، ﯾظﮭر ﻋﻧﺻر ﺷﺑﻛﻲ ھﻧدﺳﻲ ﻣﺳﺗوﺣﻰ ﻣ ن اﻟزﺧﺎرف اﻹﺳﻼﻣﯾﺔ ﺑﺄﺳﻠوب ﺣدﯾث، ﻣﻣﺎ ﯾدﻣﺞ اﻟﻣرﺟﻌﯾﺔ اﻟﺛﻘﺎﻓﯾﺔ اﻟﻣﺣﻠﯾﺔ ﻣﻊ اﻟطﺎﺑﻊ اﻟﻌﺎﻟﻣﻲ ﻟﻠﺗﺟزﺋﺔ. ﺗﺟﻣ ﻊ اﻟﺧﺎﻣﺎت ﺑﯾن اﻟﺣﺟر اﻟﻔﺎﺗﺢ، واﻟزﺟﺎج، واﻟﻌﻧﺎﺻر اﻟﻣﻌدﻧﯾﺔ اﻟﻣظﻠﻠﺔ، ﻟﺗﻛوﯾن ﺣﺿور ﺣﺿري أﻧﯾق ودﯾﻧﺎﻣﯾﻛ ﻲ.
