This villa interprets Islamic architectural motifs within a contemporary minimalist framework. The composition is organized around a prominent central pointed arch that frames a double-height glazed entrance, establishing hierarchy and spiritual resonance. Clean white rendered surfaces emphasize volumetric clarity, while recessed panels and subtle moldings introduce controlled depth. Slender vertical openings and pointed arched windows create rhythm and proportion, contrasted by dark metal frames that sharpen the façade’s geometry. The overall character is serene and dignified, balancing cultural identity with modern restraint.

یعكس ھذا المبنى مفردات العمارة الإسلامیة ضمن صیاغة معاصرة بسیطة. ترتكز الواجھة على قوس مدبب مركزي یحتضن مدخ المدببة إیقاعاً متوازناً یتباین مع الإطارات المعدنیة الداكنة. ویعبر التصمیم عن حضور ھادئ ومھیب یجمع بین الھویة التراثیة والانضباط المعاصرل
