Overview

This villa expresses a contemporary modern identity through interlocking cubic volumes and a carefully layered façade composition. The massing is articulated by deep recesses and projecting frames, creating strong shadow lines and a dynamic interplay between solid and void. A restrained palette of light stone cladding is contrasted with warm timber panels and vertical louvers, adding texture and rhythm to the elevation. Generous glazed openings, including a double-height entrance bay screened with a patterned metal panel, enhance transparency while preserving privacy. The overall character is refined and confident, balancing material warmth with geometric precision.
