Overview

This building reflects a contemporary sustainable architectural approach characterized by transparency, vertical articulation, and integrated greenery. The façade is predominantly composed of expansive glass curtain walls, allowing abundant natural light while visually connecting interior workspaces to the urban environment. Vertical wooden fins introduce rhythm, solar shading, and material warmth that softens the glass massing. The stepped sky-garden terraces incorporate planted greenery, enhancing environmental performance and creating biophilic working spaces. The clean cubic frame at the roof level emphasizes structural clarity and modern identity. Overall, the design merges sustainability, functionality, and refined urban presence.

یعكس ھذا المبنى توجھاً معماریاً معاصراً مستداماً یتمیز بالشفافیة والتأكید الرأسي ودمج المساحات الخضراء ضمن التكوین. تتكون الواجھة بشكل أساسي من ستارة زجاجیة واسعة تسمح بدخول الإضاءة الطبیعیة وتربط الفراغات الداخلیة بالبیئة الحضریة المحیطة. تضیف الشرائح الخشبیة الرأسیة إیقاعاً بصریاً وتعمل كعناصر تظلیل مع إضفاء دفء مادي على الكتلة الزجاجیة. كما تساھم الحدائق المتدرجة في الواجھات بخلق مساحات عمل حیویة وتحسین الأداء البیئي للمبنى. یبرز الإطار العلوي النظیف الھویة الحدیثة والوضوح الإنشائي، .لیقدم التصمیم مزیجاً متوازناً بین الاستدامة والوظیفة والحضور العمراني الراقي
