This residential building presents a contemporary cubic massing articulated through clean vertical and horizontal bands. The façade composition is defined by alternating textured panels and smooth surfaces, creating depth and shadow play. Repetitive pointed-arch window motifs subtly reference Islamic architectural heritage, while continuous balcony bands introduce strong horizontal emphasis and visual cohesion. The elevated ground floor with open parking reinforces the vertical proportion of the tower-like form. Overall, the design balances modern simplicity with contextual ornament, achieving a refined yet culturally resonant expression.
