Overview

This building represents a contemporary modern architectural style inspired by traditional Islamic design elements. The façade is characterized by a strong vertical rhythm created by slender structural piers that frame the windows and emphasize the building’s height. Decorative perforated screens with geometric patterns, inspired by traditional Mashrabiya motifs, are integrated across the façade to provide shading while adding cultural identity to the design. The use of warm beige stone cladding reinforces the regional architectural language and harmonizes with the desert environment. Large ground-floor glazing activates the commercial frontage, allowing retail spaces to visually connect with the street. The overall composition balances modern architectural simplicity with traditional ornamental detailing, creating a building that reflects both contemporary urban functionality and Middle Eastern architectural heritage.

یمثل ھذا المبنى طراز العمارة الحدیثة المعاصرة المستوحاة من العناصر المعماریة الإسلامیة التقلیدیة. تتمیز الواجھة بإیقاع رأسي واضح یتشكل من خلال الأعمدة الرأسیة الرفیعة التي تؤطر النوافذ وتبرز ارتفاع المبنى. تم دمج شاشات زخرفیة مثقبة بنقوش ھندسیة مستوحاة من عناصر المشربیة الإسلامیة، حیث توفر التظلیل وتضفي في الوقت نفسھ ھویة ثقافیة ممیزة للتصمیم. یعزز استخدام الحجر البیج الدافئ الطابع المعماري الإقلیمي ویتناغم مع البیئة الصحراویة المحیطة. كما تعمل الواجھات الزجاجیة الواسعة في الطابق الأرضي على تنشیط الواجھة التجاریة وربط المحلات بالشارع مباشرة. یجمع التصمیم بین بساطة العمارة الحدیثة والتفاصیل الزخرفیة التقلیدیة، لیقدم نموذجاً معماریاً یجمع بین الحداثة والھویة المعماریة الشرق .أوسطیة
