This building represents a contemporary architectural style that integrates modern office design with regional identity. The façade features perforated metal screens inspired by traditional mashrabiya patterns, providing solar shading while enhancing visual texture. Bold red vertical frames emphasize structural rhythm and create a strong architectural identity. The central glazed atrium introduces transparency and natural daylight, improving internal spatial quality. The combination of curtain wall systems, metallic cladding, and shading devices reflects a sustainable design approach suitable for hot climates. Overall, the project balances innovation, environmental responsiveness, and cultural reference within a modern urban context.

یمثل ھذا المبنى طرازاً معماریاً معاصراً یجمع بین تصمیم المكاتب الحدیثة والھویة المحلیة. تتمیز الواجھة بشاشات معدنیة مثقبة مستوحاة من أنماط المشربیة التقلیدیة، حیث توفر التظلیل الشمسي وتعزز البعد الجمالي للواجھة. تؤكد الإطارات الرأسیة الحمراء الإیقاع الإنشائي وتمنح المبنى ھویة بصریة قویة. كما یساھم الأتریوم الزجاجي المركزي في إدخال الإضاءة الطبیعیة وتعزیز الشفافیة الداخلیة. یعكس الجمع بین أنظمة الواجھات الزجاجیة وألواح الكسوة المعدنیة وعناصر التظلیل توجھاً تصمیمیاً مستداماً ملائماً للمناخ الحار. ویحقق المشروع توازناً بین الحداثة والاستجابة البیئیة والمرجعیة الثقافیة ضمن السیاق الحضري .المعاصر
