Overview

This building represents a contemporary residential architectural style influenced by traditional Middle Eastern design principles. The façade is composed of simple geometric volumes arranged in a balanced and rhythmic composition that reflects modern urban residential architecture. Warm earth-toned plaster surfaces are combined with stone cladding at the lower levels, creating a visually grounded base and enhancing durability. Wooden window frames, decorative shutters, and small projecting balconies introduce traditional regional character while maintaining a modern interpretation. The crenellated parapet along the roofline recalls historical architectural motifs often found in Gulf and desert architecture. Vertical window arrangements and recessed openings create depth and shadow across the façade, improving both aesthetic quality and solar control. The ground floor accommodates entrances and parking areas, while landscaped sidewalks and street trees contribute to a comfortable urban environment suitable for contemporary city living.

یعكس ھذا المبنى طرازاً معماریاً سكنیاً معاصراً مستوحى من عناصر العمارة التقلیدیة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط. تتكون الواجھة من كتل ھندسیة بسیطة مرتبة بتكوین متوازن وإیقاعي یعكس طبیعة العمارة السكنیة الحدیثة في المدن. تم استخدام اللیاسة بدرجات الألوان الترابیة مع كسوة حجریة في الطابق الأرضي لتكوین قاعدة معماریة قویة تعزز متانة المبنى وتمنحھ ثباتاً بصریاً. تضیف إطارات النوافذ الخشبیة والمصاریع الزخرفیة والشرفات الصغیرة البارزة طابعاً محلیاً مستوحى من العمارة التقلیدیة مع معالجة حدیثة للتفاصیل. كما یظھر في أعلى المبنى درابزین مسنن مستوحى من عناصر العمارة التاریخیة في الخلیج والعمارة الصحراویة. یساھم توزیع النوافذ الرأسیة والفتحات الغائرة في خلق عمق وظلال على الواجھة مما یحسن من الأداء البیئي للمبنى ویعزز جمالیتھ. ویضم الطابق الأرضي مداخل المبنى ومواقف السیارات، بینما تسھم .الأرصفة المزروعة بالأشجار وتنسیق الموقع في خلق بیئة حضریة مریحة مناسبة للحیاة السكنیة المعاصرة
