Overview

This project presents a pair of contemporary minimalist villas composed through strict symmetry and clean cubic geometry. The façades are defined by recessed vertical frames that emphasize depth and create strong shadow lines. Large floor-to-ceiling glazing enhances transparency while maintaining privacy through controlled openings. Warm LED perimeter lighting subtly outlines the architectural volumes, enriching the night-time identity of the buildings. Rooftop pergolas introduce a natural texture and soften the rigid geometry with greenery. The overall expression is modern, refined, and balanced, combining simplicity with carefully articulated lighting and proportion.
