This project represents a contemporary commercial architectural style that integrates retail functions with a fuel station facility in a cohesive design. The composition emphasizes clean horizontal lines, bold framing elements, and large glazed storefronts that enhance visibility and customer engagement. The fuel station canopy features a streamlined, modern form with clear branding and functional shading. The retail block incorporates curtain wall systems and contrasting cladding panels, creating a dynamic yet organized façade. The overall layout prioritizes vehicular circulation, accessibility, and commercial visibility. The design reflects efficiency, modernity, and adaptability within an urban desert context.

یمثل ھذا المشروع طرازاً معماریاً تجاریاً معاصراً یجمع بین الأنشطة التجاریة ومحطة الوقود ضمن تكوین متكامل. یركز التصمیم على الخطوط الأفقیة النظیفة والعناصر الإطاریة البارزة والواجھات الزجاجیة الواسعة التي تعزز الرؤیة والتفاعل مع المستخدمین. تتمیز مظلة محطة الوقود بتصمیم انسیابي حدیث یوفر التظلیل ویبرز الھویة البصریة. كما یعتمد المبنى التجاري على أنظمة الواجھات الزجاجیة وألواح الكسوة المتباینة لإضفاء حیویة وتنظیم بصري واضح. ویعطي المخطط العام أولویة لحركة المركبات وسھولة الوصول .والوضوح التجاري. ویعكس التصمیم مفاھیم الكفاءة والحداثة والمرونة ضمن بیئة حضریة صحراویة
