Overview

This iconic twin-tower development reflects a Neo-Islamic architectural language expressed at a monumental urban scale. The design integrates classical Islamic elements such as grand pointed arches, colonnades, arcaded façades, domes, and ornamental cornices, reinterpreted within a modern high-rise composition. The symmetrical twin towers rise above a richly articulated podium that features layered arches, vertical glazing, and decorative roof pavilions with terracotta tiles. Strong vertical lines emphasize height and grandeur, while the upper crowns reference traditional watchtowers and historic Islamic citadels. The façade combines warm stone cladding with expansive glass surfaces, balancing heritage aesthetics with contemporary commercial functionality. Overall, the project conveys prestige, identity, and landmark presence within a Gulf urban skyline.

یعكس ھذا المشروع المكوَّن من برجین متطابقین طرازاً نیو-إسلامیاً على مقیاس حضري ضخم. یدمج التصمیم عناصر العمارة الإسلامیة الكلاسیكیة مثل الأقواس المدببة الكبیرة، الأروقة، القباب، والكورنیشات الزخرفیة، مع إعادة صیاغتھا ضمن تكوین حدیث الأبراج العالیة. یرتكز البرجان فوق قاعدة معماریة غنیة بالتفاصیل تحتوي على طبقات من الأقواس والواجھات الزجاجیة الرأسیة وأبراج صغیرة بأسقف قرمیدیة. تؤكد الخطوط الرأسیة القویة على الإحساس بالارتفاع والفخامة، بینما تستلھم التیجان العلویة شكل أبراج المراقبة والحصون التاریخیة. یجمع المبنى بین كسوة حجریة دافئة ومساحات زجاجیة واسعة، لیوازن بین .الھویة التراثیة والوظیفة التجاریة المعاصرة، مما یمنحھ حضوراً ممیزاً كمعلم بارز في أفق المدینة الخلیجیة
