Overview

This building reflects a contemporary residential architectural style inspired by traditional Islamic and Middle Eastern design elements. The façade features a rhythmic arrangement of arched windows framed with layered stone detailing that recalls classical Islamic architecture. Alternating bands of beige stone create visual texture and emphasize the vertical proportions of the structure. Large horizontal glazing sections on one side introduce a modern contrast, allowing natural light to penetrate the interior spaces and providing expansive views. The ground floor is partially elevated on pilotis, creating a shaded parking area that responds to functional and climatic needs in warm regions. The combination of traditional arched openings, geometric repetition, and modern glass façades results in a balanced architectural expression that merges heritage aesthetics with contemporary urban residential design.

یعكس ھذا المبنى طرازاً معماریاً سكنیاً معاصراً مستلھماً من عناصر العمارة الإسلامیة والشرق أوسطیة التقلیدیة. تتمیز الواجھة بتكرار إیقاعي للنوافذ ذات الأقواس المزخرفة والمحاطة بإطارات حجریة متعددة الطبقات، وھو ما یستحضر الطابع المعماري الإسلامي الكلاسیكي. كما تبرز شرائط الحجر بدرجات اللون البیج على الواجھة لتخلق ملمساً بصریاً وتؤكد الامتداد الرأسي للمبنى. في المقابل، تظھر واجھات زجاجیة أفقیة واسعة في أحد أجزاء المبنى لتقدم لمسة معماریة حدیثة تسمح بدخول الضوء الطبیعي بكمیات كبیرة وتوفر إطلالات واسعة للفراغات الداخلیة. یرتكز المبنى في الطابق الأرضي على أعمدة لتوفیر منطقة مواقف مظللة للسیارات، وھو حل معماري یتناسب مع المناخ الحار في المنطقة. یجمع التصمیم بین الأقواس التقلیدیة والتكرار الھندسي والواجھات الزجاجیة الحدیثة لیقدم تعبیراً معماریاً متوازناً یدمج بین التراث والعمارة .السكنیة المعاصرة
