Overview

This residential building adopts a contemporary massing strategy articulated through clean vertical proportions and a disciplined façade rhythm. The composition is enhanced by subtle Islamic-inspired motifs, particularly in the upper window arches and recessed decorative panels. The stone cladding reinforces a sense of solidity and permanence, while vertical pilaster-like elements emphasize height and order. The elevated ground floor, used for shaded parking, lightens the base and strengthens the tower-like appearance. Overall, the design balances modern simplicity with culturally resonant detailing, achieving a refined and contextually sensitive architectural expression.

یعتمد ھذا المبنى السكني على تكوین معاصر بكتل واضحة ونسب رأسیة منتظمة تعزز الإیقاع في الواجھة. تظھر التأثیرات الإسلامیة بشكل مبسط من خلال الأقواس العلویة وبعض العناصر الزخرفیة الغائرة. یضفي تكسیة الحجر إحساساً بالثبات والرصانة، بینما تؤكد العناصر الرأسیة المشابھة للأعمدة الجداریة على الارتفاع والتنظیم. یسھم الطابق الأرضي المرتفع والمخصص للمواقف في تخفیف الكتلة السفلیة وإبراز الطابع البرجي للمبنى. ویحقق التصمیم توازناً بین البساطة الحدیثة والھویة المعماریة المحلیة بأسلوب أنیق .ومدروس
