This building reflects a neo-traditional Islamic architectural style inspired by Gulf vernacular design. The composition emphasizes symmetry, solid massing, and fortified silhouettes expressed through parapet crenellations and corner wind-tower elements. Repetitive pointed arches and decorative plaster panels add rhythm and cultural identity to the façade. The warm sand-toned finishes reinforce its desert context, while recessed openings and shaded arcades enhance climatic responsiveness. The entrance portal is accentuated with a monumental arch, creating a strong visual focal point. Overall, the design blends heritage references with contemporary construction techniques, resulting in a dignified civic or institutional character rooted in regional tradition.

یعكس المبنى طرازاً إسلامیاً تقلیدیاً حدیثاً مستلھماً من العمارة الخلیجیة المحلیة. یعتمد التكوین على التناظر والكتل الصلبة مع حضور واضح لخطوط السور المسننة وعناصر الأبراج السكنیة المشابھة البارجیل. تكرار الأقواس المدببة والزخارف الجصیة یضیف إیقاعاً وھویة ثقافیة للواجھة. تعزز الألوان الرملیة الدافئة ارتباط المبنى بالبیئة الصحراویة، بینما توفر الفتحات الغائرة والممرات المظللة معالجة مناخیة فعالة. تم إبراز المدخل بقوس ضخم یمنح الواجھة نقطة تركیز قویة. یجمع التصمیم بین الطابع التراثي وأسالیب التنفیذ .الحدیثة لیعطي طابعاً رسمیاً مناسباً للمباني المؤسسیة أو العامة
