Overview

This project reflects a contemporary mixed-use modern style defined by clean rectangular volumes and a strong vertical emphasis. The façade integrates large double-height glazing panels that enhance transparency and create an inviting street presence. Decorative geometric screens introduce cultural character while acting as visual filters and shading elements. The combination of smooth plaster, textured stone, and wood accents adds depth and material contrast without overwhelming the composition. The ground-floor activation with outdoor seating and transparent storefronts strengthens pedestrian interaction, resulting in a balanced design that merges modern clarity with contextual sensitivity.

یعكس ھذا المشروع طابعاً معاصراً متعدد الاستخدامات یتمیز بكتل مستطیلة واضحة وتركیز قوي على البعد الرأسي. تتكامل الواجھة مع واجھات زجاجیة بارتفاع مزدوج تعزز الشفافیة وتمنح المبنى حضوراً حضریاً جذاباً. تضیف الشاشات الھندسیة الزخرفیة لمسة ثقافیة وتعمل كعناصر تظلیل وفلترة بصریة. كما یخلق الدمج بین اللیاسة الناعمة والحجر الملمس ولمسات الخشب عمقاً وتبایناً جمالیاً متوازناً. ویعزز تفعیل الطابق الأرضي بمناطق جلوس خارجیة وواجھات شفافة التفاعل مع المشاة، لیقدم تصمیمًا یجمع بین وضوح الحداثة .والاستجابة للسیاق العمراني
