This residence interprets classical residential architecture through a compact, symmetrical composition crowned with steep hipped roofs. The façade is articulated with pilasters, framed wall panels, and horizontal banding that lend refinement to the light-toned envelope. A modest central portico with slender columns establishes hierarchy and depth, while vertically proportioned windows with decorative lower panels reinforce rhythm and order. The contrast between the pale façades and the dark roof cladding enhances the building’s silhouette. The overall expression is elegant and intimate, blending classical detailing with a residential scale.

یعكس ھذا المبنى صیاغة كلاسیكیة معاصرة ضمن كتلة مدمجة متناظرة تتوجھا أسقف مائلة واضحة. تتشكل الواجھة من أعمدة جداریة وأطر زخرفیة وأشرطة أفقیة تضفي رقیّاً على الغلاف الفاتح اللون. یؤكد المدخل المركزي الصغیر المحاط بأعمدة رفیعة على التسلسل الھرمي ویضیف عمقاً بصریاً. تعزز النوافذ الرأسیة ذات التفاصیل السفلیة المزخرفة الإیقاع والتنظیم في التكوین العام. ویعبر التصمیم عن أناقة ھادئة تجمع بین .التفاصیل الكلاسیكیة والمقیاس السكني المتوازن
