This residential complex adopts a contemporary Mediterranean language organized around a generous internal courtyard. The massing forms a cohesive perimeter block with softened curved corners and pitched tiled roofs that introduce a refined, resort-like character. Warm neutral façades and rhythmically placed openings frame inward-facing balconies and terraces, reinforcing privacy and enclosure. The landscaped courtyard, structured by axial pathways, water features, and layered planting, becomes the social and visual heart of the composition. The overall expression is harmonious and serene, blending architectural form and landscape into an integrated residential retreat.
