Overview

This residence expresses a restrained contemporary minimalist language through its cubic massing and disciplined symmetry. The façade is articulated by a dominant marble-textured frame that wraps the upper volume, creating depth and a clear focal point within the otherwise light stone-clad envelope. Carefully proportioned rectangular openings with dark aluminum frames introduce contrast and rhythm, reinforcing the geometric clarity of the composition. The recessed entrance, subtly elevated, establishes hierarchy while maintaining visual balance. Soft interior illumination against the pale exterior surfaces enhances material texture and lends the elevation a refined, serene presence.
