Overview

This villa presents a contemporary neoclassical composition defined by strict symmetry and a pronounced central portico. The façade is articulated through pilasters, layered cornices, and framed wall panels that create depth within a refined, monochromatic envelope. Tall, vertically proportioned windows with dark mullions introduce rhythm and contrast against the light rendered surfaces. The entrance, subtly recessed and framed by classical columns, establishes hierarchy while maintaining compositional restraint. The overall expression is dignified and orderly, conveying timeless elegance through controlled ornamentation and balanced proportions.

یعكس ھذا المبنى تكویناً نیوكلاسیكیاً معاصراً یقوم على تماثل صارم ومحور مركزي واضح عند المدخل. تتشكل الواجھة من أعمدة جداریة وكرانیش متدرجة وأطر زخرفیة تضیف عمقاً داخل غلاف أحادي اللون أنیق. تضفي النوافذ الطویلة ذات الإطارات الداكنة إیقاعاً رأسیاً متوازناً وتبایناً دقیقاً مع الأسطح الفاتحة. یؤكد المدخل الغائر والمحاط بأعمدة كلاسیكیة التسلسل الھرمي دون مبالغة زخرفیة. ویعبر التصمیم عن حضور .راقٍ ومنضبط یجمع بین فخامة الطراز الكلاسیكي والوضوح المعاصر
