Overview

This mid-rise residential building adopts a contemporary urban language defined by rational massing and a disciplined façade grid. The cubic volume is articulated through a repetitive frame system that organizes the punched openings and balconies into a coherent, modular rhythm. Light stone cladding reinforces solidity and contextual refinement, while recessed balconies introduce depth and human scale. The elevated ground level enhances permeability and creates a shaded plinth that mediates between public realm and private residences. The overall expression is restrained and elegant, emphasizing proportion, repetition, and material consistency.

یعتمد ھذا المبنى السكني متوسط الارتفاع لغة معماریة حضریة معاصرة تقوم على كتلة منتظمة وشبكة واجھات منضبطة. تتجسد الكتلة المكعبة من خلال إطار متكرر ینظم الفتحات والشرفات ضمن إیقاع وحداتي واضح. تعزز الكسوة الحجریة الفاتحة الإحساس بالمتانة والرقي السیاقي، بینما تضیف الشرفات الغائرة عمقاً ومقیاساً إنسانیاً. یساھم رفع الطابق الأرضي في خلق قاعدة مظللة تربط بسلاسة بین الفضاء العام والوحدات .السكنیة. ویعكس التكوین العام طابعاً أنیقاً یقوم على التناسب والتكرار والانضباط المادي
