Overview

This townhouse adopts a contemporary minimalist language articulated through clean cubic volumes and crisp horizontal lines. The façade composition balances white rendered planes with dark stone accent panels, creating contrast and visual anchoring. A cantilevered upper volume forms a sheltered entrance and carport, enhancing depth while reinforcing geometric clarity. Rectilinear openings with dark aluminum frames establish rhythm and proportion, complemented by subtle soffit lighting beneath the projecting slab. The overall expression is refined and urban, emphasizing material restraint and disciplined massing.

یعتمد ھذا المبنى السكني المتلاصق لغة معماریة حدیثة بسیطة تتجسد في كتل مكعبة واضحة وخطوط أفقیة نظیفة. تتوازن الواجھة بین أسطح بیضاء ملساء وألواح حجریة داكنة تضیف تبایناً بصریاً وتثبیتاً للكتلة. یشكل البروز العلوي المعلّق مدخ بإطارات داكنة إیقاعاً منضبطاً یتكامل مع الإضاءة المخفیة أسفل البروز. ویعكس التصمیم طابعاً حضریاً راقیاً یقوم على البساطة والانضباط الكتليل
