Overview

This mixed-use development combines contemporary urban planning with refined Islamic architectural references. The upper residential floors are articulated through repetitive pointed arches, decorative lattice panels, and recessed balconies that create rhythm and depth along the façade. Stone cladding enhances durability and reinforces a sense of permanence, while the vertical window proportions emphasize elegance and hierarchy. The ground floor is activated with transparent retail storefronts, establishing strong visual connectivity with the street and encouraging pedestrian engagement. Overall, the project balances cultural identity with commercial functionality, resulting in a cohesive and contextually responsive urban façade.
