This waterfront development reinterprets Mediterranean vernacular architecture through simplified cubic forms and rhythmic arcades. The composition is defined by flat-roofed volumes rendered in soft pastel tones, creating a cohesive yet varied streetscape along the promenade. Repetitive arched openings at ground level establish continuity and pedestrian scale, activating the waterfront with shaded terraces and cafés. Minimal detailing and smooth plastered façades emphasize mass and color over ornament, while the linear alignment reinforces the urban edge. The overall character is vibrant and relaxed, blending leisure-oriented programming with contextual architectural expression.
