Overview

This villa presents a contemporary Islamic Revival composition defined by axial symmetry and a vertically emphasized central bay. The façade integrates pointed arches, layered frames, and a patterned mashrabiya-inspired panel that enriches the otherwise restrained rendered envelope. Generous double-height glazing anchors the entrance, while rhythmically arranged arched openings establish hierarchy and cultural resonance. Concealed linear LED lighting traces the architectural profiles, accentuating depth and ornamentation in the night setting. The overall expression is luminous and ceremonial, blending traditional motifs with modern detailing and refined material clarity.
